3D printer for sewing machine parts

Check out this blog to see how a 3D printer was used to make replacement parts for an old sewing machine. She has Singer slant needle machines, which I do too. I've bought old machines of the same kind to part out for my other machines, but sometimes those plastic parts are so worn they only work for awhile. I'm interested to see her future posts to see if these parts lasted for her. It's very cool that she was able to invent parts for button hole sizes that never exisited.
